since currently the Belarusian Railway faces certain challenges, one of which is the development of train diagrams for troop trains. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Regarding the joint exercises <a href=\"https:\/\/belzhd.info\/en\/military-transportation\/completion-of-the-joint-strategic-exercises-conducted-by-the-armed-forces-of-russia-and-belarus-titled-zapad-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Zapad 2021&#8221;<\/a> conducted in August-September, we recall that the number of military personnel from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation involved was significantly understated: according to official figures, their number was 2,500 personnel, but if we look at the total number of passenger cars in troop trains, which equals 100, and the capacity of one passenger car is 54 seats, plus guards in boxcars (railcars equipped for transporting people), the number of military personnel amounts to at least 5,400 people. And this does not include special service trains, which were also used to transport military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces to the Republic of Belarus.
